I think this would be a great book for college students to read. It definitely gives a very good picture on how one night of alcohol and what “appears” to be fun can ruin your entire academic career and the lives of others! It is a bit difficult to follow at first because they break the chapters down by character.

Columbine by Dave Cullen
Read this in two days. As a teacher, I found this extremely disturbing yet fascinating at the same time. The book really allows you to delve into the minds of these two individuals and also into each and every one of the victims. I believe it is an important tool for all educators to read.
